Accommodation & Airport Transfers

ACU has appointed SITA/Kuoni Destination Management (India) as the Official Travel Agent in order to assist delegates, visitors and exhibitors with their accommodation,  travel and tour requirements.

Arrival at Hyderabad Airport

Look out for the ACU Conference Counter at both the International and Domestic Terminals, from which you will be taken to the buses which will transfer you to your hotels.  

Please ensure that you have provided your flight arrival (and departure) details to our partners in India who are arranging the airport transfers.   You can do this, if you have not already done so, by using the following link http://www.sitamice.com/form_acu/index.html  or by emailing Dinesh Shrivastava at Dineshs@kdm.in.

Participants are urged to book their accommodation with the Official Travel Agent, as the event dates are peak for Hyderabad. Rooms will be available on a ‘first come first serve basis’ and ‘subject to availability’.

N.B. The ACU will not be in a position to make any funds available to pay for travel or accommodation costs
